Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Plan, design, and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Prepare and review project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
Technical Expertise:
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments.
- Utilize AutoCAD and other relevant software for design and drafting.
- Sign and seal project plans and documents as a registered civil engineer.
Safety Compliance:
- Implement and enforce Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) standards.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure a safe working environment.
- Function as the on site COSH practitioner.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Generate regular progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all projects comply with local, national, and international building codes and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Registered Civil Engineer with an updated professional license.
- Certified COSH practitioner.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the field of civil engineering.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to work long hours, holidays, and weekends as needed.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site at various project locations throughout the Philippines.
- Ability to sign and seal project plans.
