Civil Engineer

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Plan, design, and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Prepare and review project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.

Technical Expertise:

• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments.
• Utilize AutoCAD and other relevant software for design and drafting.
• Sign and seal project plans and documents as a registered civil engineer.

Safety Compliance:

• Implement and enforce Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) standards.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure a safe working environment.
• Function as the on site COSH practitioner.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Generate regular progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all projects comply with local, national, and international building codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Registered Civil Engineer with an updated professional license.
• Certified COSH practitioner.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the field of civil engineering.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work long hours, holidays, and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at various project locations throughout the Philippines.
• Ability to sign and seal project plans.
