Job Description:

The Voice Customer Service Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing outstanding service to customers over the phone. The agent will be expected to provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to  customers in a fast-paced environment. The agent will work with a team of other customer service representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services and policies
  • Assist customers with orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate teams or managers
  • Continuously develop knowledge of  products, services and policies
  • Meet performance targets for customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to actively listen to customers
