Job Description:

Retail Support Representatives are equipped with above average communication skills and customer service orientation to handle Inbound calls and email requests from Samsung clients/customers pertaining to their SO booking needs

Scope of work are but not limited to:

  • Answering inbound calls for Clients/Customer/Partners
  • Responding to SO booking queries/issues/concerns email
  • Redirecting of misrouted customer/clients to proper departments
  • Escalation of queries, issues or concerns outside of representative’s scope
  • Ensuring Customer Satisfaction with every Interaction

Qualification/Skillset Required

  • Educational Qualification: ≥2 yr. of college education equivalent (incl. K12 graduate)
  • ≥1 yr BPO experience, preferably with Customer Service for voice & non-voice handling
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Fluent in English for both writing and verbal skillset with minimal to no noticeable accent
  • Must be organized, able to prioritize tasks and take initiative
  • Highly motivated and ability to take ownership of initiative
  • Have a passion for customer service and enthusiastic about improving customer experience
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be a quick learner, adaptable to change and able to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Intermediate lv. of using MS Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Committed to work on-site (located in Pasig City)
  • Resides within 90 min to the site via public transportation
  • Home Internet Speed (in case of work at home ): >25 mbps
  • Typing Speed: 35 WPM
