Job Description:
Retail Support Representatives are equipped with above average communication skills and customer service orientation to handle Inbound calls and email requests from Samsung clients/customers pertaining to their SO booking needs
Scope of work are but not limited to:
- Answering inbound calls for Clients/Customer/Partners
- Responding to SO booking queries/issues/concerns email
- Redirecting of misrouted customer/clients to proper departments
- Escalation of queries, issues or concerns outside of representative’s scope
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction with every Interaction
Qualification/Skillset Required
- Educational Qualification: ≥2 yr. of college education equivalent (incl. K12 graduate)
- ≥1 yr BPO experience, preferably with Customer Service for voice & non-voice handling
- Excellent communication skill
- Fluent in English for both writing and verbal skillset with minimal to no noticeable accent
- Must be organized, able to prioritize tasks and take initiative
- Highly motivated and ability to take ownership of initiative
- Have a passion for customer service and enthusiastic about improving customer experience
- Must be a team player
- Must be a quick learner, adaptable to change and able to work under pressure
- Attention to detail is essential
- Intermediate lv. of using MS Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Committed to work on-site (located in Pasig City)
- Resides within 90 min to the site via public transportation
- Home Internet Speed (in case of work at home ): >25 mbps
- Typing Speed: 35 WPM
