Your next CSR opportunity is here! We’re looking for 𝗖𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗥 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗦 in Iloilo City.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding our products, services and policies
  • Assist customers with orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate teams or managers
  • Continuously develop knowledge of our products, services and policies
  • Meet performance targets for customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
  • Fluent in English communication (written & verbal)

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Great tone and empathy towards our clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
