Requirements:
Pass initial interview set up, Mexican Identification, Highschool Diploma or equivalent, Pass Drug Test, 1 year minimum as a Customer Service Representative
Scope of work are but not limited to:

- Great customer service, a pleasant and friendly personality
- Drive to provide the best over the phone experience for customer
- Word, Excel, Power Point efficient
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service experience over the phone.
- Customer Support: Handle inbound calls from customers with professionalism and empathy. Address a
wide range of inquiries, including product information, order status, billing inquiries, returns, and general
support. - Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of The Home Depot’s products, services,
promotions, and policies to offer helpful recommendations and guidance to customers. - Communication: Communicate effectively and clearly to convey information, answer questions, and provide
instructions to customers.
