Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding our products, services and policies
- Assist customers with orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate teams or managers
- Continuously develop knowledge of our products, services and policies
- Meet performance targets for customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
- Fluent in English communication (written & verbal)

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Great tone and empathy towards our clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
