Role Description
We are looking for an experienced US-based Human Resources Manager to join the cxperts team. This is a full-time remote position. The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. Responsibilities include developing HR strategies, managing employee benefits and compensation, fostering a positive work environment, and providing guidance to managers and employees. The HR Manager plays a critical role in spearheading initiatives to attract, develop, and retain talent, while fostering a positive, compliant, and high-performing work environment.
While this position is fully remote, you must be based in one of these states to be eligible for this role: Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Texas, Idaho, Indiana, Michigan, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Wisconsin, and Wyoming
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Strategy
- Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring consistent execution of policies, procedures, and HR best practices across the organization.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and initiatives aligned with business objectives, workforce planning, and talent retention.
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook, and analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Serve as the primary escalation point for employee relations matters, including coaching, corrective action, investigations, restructures, and separations.
- Guide and support managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, employee development, and sensitive personnel matters.
- Lead and support the organizational performance review process while fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaged workplace culture.
Talent, Benefits & Compensation
- Support recruitment, workforce planning, and onboarding efforts in partnership with Talent Acquisition and business leaders.
- Manage and administer employee benefits and compensation programs to ensure internal equity and market alignment.
- Partner with Finance and external vendors on payroll-related processes, audits, and reporting as needed.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with applicable U.S. federal and state employment laws, including FLSA, FMLA, leave administration, and workers’ compensation.
- Monitor changes in labor laws and regulatory requirements and implement policy, training, or process updates as required.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring data integrity across HR systems.
Leadership & Enablement
- Provide guidance, training, and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices in people management.
- Leverage HR systems, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency, reporting, and the employee experience.
- Demonstrate flexibility, sound judgment, and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving organizational environment.

Qualifications
- Strong background in employee relations, performance management, training, and development
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist with recruitment and workforce planning
- In-depth knowledge of US labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and implement strategic solutions to improve organizational efficiency
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on building and maintaining a positive workplace culture
- Proficiency in using HR software, tools, and technologies such as ADP WFN
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
- HR experience in global workforce management or in industries such as BPO, eCommerce, or healthcare is a plus.
- Demonstrate flexibility and openness to change in alignment with organizational goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

- Able to successfully pass credit/ criminal, and employment reference security checks
