Overview:
This is a fast-paced customer service environment. You must be efficient, productive, and
thorough when assisting members over the phone. Strong computer skills are essential, along with a
focus on patient needs and adaptability to changes.
Required Requirement:
- Minimum high school graduate.
- Minimum of 3+ years of combined education, work, or volunteer experience (including health-
focused organizations).
Preferred Requirement:
- Health care/insurance experience (knowledge of medical terms, health plan documents, or
benefit design). - Social work, behavioral health, disease prevention, health promotion, and behavior change
(supporting vulnerable populations). - Sales or account management experience
