  • Energy & passion to achieve sales and service results
  • Successful sales experience a plus
  • Ability to sell a โ€œpackageโ€ orโ€ family of productsโ€.
  • Call Center experience is a plus.
  • Commissioned sales experience is a plus.
  • Can work and thrive in a structured, Call Center environment.
  • Strong typing and computer navigation skills with knowledge of Windows.
  • Proficient in working with several computer applications and databases, managing through multiple systems programs and screens simultaneously.
  • Experience in complaint handling and resolution.
  • Ability to prioritize critical items and handle a high volume of work in a timely fashion.
  • Ability to create a positive and professional environment.
