Job Description:
- Install and maintain electrical power, communications, lighting, and HVAC control systems
- Read blueprints and technical diagram.
- Install and maintain wiring control and lighting systems
- Inspect electrical components such as transformers and circuit breakers
- Identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices
- Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools
- Repair of carpentry and plumbing requirements
- Follow state and local building regulations based on the Philippine Electric Code
- Willing to transfer knowledge: direct and train co-worker to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring or equipment
- Willing to learn new skills
- Good communication skills, verbal and written
- Positive and can-do attitude
