JUNIOR PARALEGAL – Remote

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Junior Paralegal with corporate experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will assist the legal department in researching, drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and legal documents. You will also support compliance efforts, conduct legal research, and provide essential administrative support to ensure the efficiency of legal operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Legal Support:

  • Assist with preparation, review, and management of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Draft, update, review, and file contracts, which include but may not be limited to, NDAs, MNDAs, Letters of Intent, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Employment Contracts, and Non-Compete Agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and maintain corporate records and filings.
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings through reports.
  • Support the drafting, filing, and management of entity documents for corporate entities.
  • Handle tasks related to trademarks and copyrights

 

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
  • Assist with client presentations, deliverables, and proposals.
  • Update business insurance records, prepare sales reports, and handle correspondence.
  • Assist in booking travel and business development tasks.
  • Create newsletters and correspondence.
  • Perform office tasks such as data entry, filing, and handling incoming calls.
  • Maintain a centralized filing system and assist with organizing work-related events

 

Other Responsibilities:

  • Track and monitor legislation impacting the company’s products and processes.
  • Support litigation, mediation, arbitration, and complaint responses
  • Assist with compliance documentation for regulatory bodies.
  • Perform legal research.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a paralegal, preferably within the BPO, technology, or outsourcing industry sectors.
  • Working knowledge of corporate law with excellent research and writing skills.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Dependability for confidentiality and policies.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with BPO industry regulations and standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment.

  • Currently reside in one of these states: AR, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MS, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI & WY​ to be considered
  • Since this is a fully remote position, candidates must have a dedicated home office environment that ensures security and confidentiality. The workspace should be free from distractions, with reliable internet access, and must allow for the secure handling of sensitive information in compliance with company and legal guidelines.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The salary for this position is $65,000 per year. The benefits package includes health insurance (medical, dental, vision), retirement plans, paid time off (PTO), and other company-provided benefits.
