  • Supervise the performance of the team and guarantee the quality of the service.
  • Prepare performance indicators (Kpi’s) in Excel,
  • Train the team on products, policies and procedures, as well as customer service best practices.
  • Resolve issues and escalations, providing additional guidance and assistance to agents and seeking effective solutions.
  • Must be sharp, professional, independent, and self-motivated
  • ⁠Experience working in a fast-moving environment
  • ⁠Smart, fast learner, and proactive, (i.e., a thinker, not just a doer)
  • Great customer service, a pleasant and friendly personality
