Requirements:
- Successfully pass an initial interview and language requirements (B2+ minimum level)
- Hold Mexican Identification and a High School Diploma (or equivalent).
- Pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably within a call center environment
While this position may be remote, our ideal candidate must reside in Mexico City or the municipalities of Estado de México closest to CDMX.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle inbound calls with professionalism and empathy. Assist customers with inquiries ranging from product information to billing and returns.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of The Home Depot’s offerings to provide helpful recommendations.
- Communication: Deliver clear and effective communication, answering questions and guiding customers with ease.

- For optimal performance, we require:
- Download speeds of 30 Mbps or higher.
- Upload speeds of 10 Mbps or higher.
