Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., project management, engineering, finance) to ensure client needs are met.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals.
- Monitor project progress and client satisfaction to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project lifecycle, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed.
