Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Supervisor supervises the activities to attract and evaluate candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, search firms and other recruitment methods. Ensures policies and procedures are followed and ensures positions are filled efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring).
- Use various recruitment methods (online, referrals, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and laws.
- Find and attract top talent.
- Build a strong network of candidates.
- Manage the employee referral program.
- Promote the company’s brand to attract candidates.
- Work with department managers to plan for hiring needs.
- Evaluate and recommend recruitment tools and software.
- Improve recruitment processes.
- Prepare reports on recruitment activities.
- Keep accurate records of candidate information.
Job Duties
- Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
- Implement new sourcing methods
- Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
- Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
- Manage, track, and oversee recruitment activities such as job posting, application processing, interview scheduling, and document preparation
- Participate in the interview and selection process by making recommendations on candidate suitability for positions
- Build networks to develop a pool of candidates for various functions
- Provide coaching to recruiters by giving feedback, developing plans for employee growth, and documenting performance issues or concerns
- · Participate in job fairs and career events
- In coordination with the Recruiting Manager develops strategy for employment marketing and branding in requisite recruitment area
- Establishes and maintains contact with internal customers, Operations/Business Units Owners to ensure hiring needs and concerns are addressed
- Prepares daily time and activity reports to track efforts and results.
- Creates, maintains and updates contact file with complete and accurate information for immediate access and response.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or College Graduate is preferred
- Has experience as a Talent Acquisition Supervisor at least 1 year or has 7 years of experience in a BPO or RPO set up as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Can work onsite
